Compensation: • The pay for this position is
$74.87 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–7:30 PM with alternating weekends (Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM) •
Onsite, patient-facing role
supporting MinuteClinic locations in the
Raleigh/Durham area
Responsibilities: • Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning • Collaborate daily with a dedicated clinical care team to drive positive patient outcomes • Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing for injuries and illnesses • Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive care, wellness services, and health screenings • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans • Perform administrative duties including opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment • Handle patient scheduling and appointment management • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records • Comply with all CVS Health, MinuteClinic, and regulatory standards • Report to the Practice Manager
Requirements: •
Nurse Practitioner Candidate Questionnaire must be included on resume • Current
BLS certification
(must be provided upon offer acceptance) • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision • Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based clinical care model • Proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure • Ability to work every other weekend and possible holiday rotations • Comfortable working in a safety-sensitive, patient-facing environment
Education: •
Required:
Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program • Current
National Board Certification
and
