Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Responsibilities Enter new prescriptions and patient demographics into the data processing system Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejections and member/physician outreach Assist with inbound and outbound calls from patients and physician offices Load insurance plans and coordination of benefits for new referrals Support pharmacists by escalating questions and assisting with processing direction Participate in audits of test claims and handle reorders and distribution emails Perform backend pharmacy support such as picking, packing, and manifesting as needed Maintain accurate documentation, image indexing, and AE report filing Provide support for specialized pharmacy programs and disease-state specific workflows Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Current
Pharmacy Technician registration and certification
