You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation.
What You Will Be Doing
Coaching and developing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing enriching learning activities, and addressing obstacles.
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and success.
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become outstanding facilitators.
Compromising standards – when our passing benchmark is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation.
Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.
Basic Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline.
Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
Background working with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $ USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
