Building Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges.
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.

Developing lesson plans – your Guides enable student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding facilitators.
Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation.
Conducting uninspiring training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high‑impact, experiential learning.
