Responsibilities

Coaching and developing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.

Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing enriching learning activities, and addressing obstacles.

Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and success.

Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become outstanding facilitators.

Compromising standards – when our passing benchmark is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation.

Conducting dull training sessions – you’ll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities Coach and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

Basic Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline.

Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.

Background working with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.

Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.

Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.

Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
