Job Description As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza, you will oversee store operations, lead staff, drive sales and ensure an excellent customer experience through strong leadership and dedication to quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations.

Lead your team by example, maintain policy compliance, set goals, and drive sales.

Handle staffing, paperwork, marketing, image standards and store cleanliness.

Perform inventory stocking, order processing, navigation for delivery and accurate cash handling.

Operate and maintain store facilities and equipment.

Physical Requirements

Stand for majority of shift, walk on tile and linoleum surfaces.

Lifting/batching up to 50 pounds, occasional crouch, squat, stoop or bending.

Coordinate with equipment such as pizza peel, cutter, and box folding.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Must own an insured vehicle usable for delivery.

Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
