A top mechanical contractor in the north east is looking for a
Controls Specialist
who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for HVAC and mechanical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of control strategies and the ability to optimize systems for peak performance and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement control systems for HVAC and mechanical applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems.
Optimize control strategies to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate control systems with new installations.
Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on control system operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in controls engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical controls.
Proficiency in control system programming and troubleshooting.
Compensation Competitive Salary $80,000 - $110,000 (DOE)
