What You’ll Do
Lead Transactions:
Draft and negotiate complex real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, title and survey reviews, construction agreements, and land use/zoning matters. Advise & Influence:
Provide expert guidance to internal teams on real estate legal issues and risk management. Manage Partnerships:
Oversee outside counsel relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and quality service. Optimize Processes:
Implement repeatable, controlled processes for transactional work. Stay Agile:
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to new challenges with confidence. What We’re Looking For
Legal Expertise:
Deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and precedents. Experience:
8-12 years of real estate transaction law experience. Seniority level:
