Geographic remit across California and the West Coast.
Authority to commercialise a book of relationships and pre‑existing customer connections, where contractually permitted.
Direct ownership of pipeline development, account conversion, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Win new air and ocean freight business across import and export markets
Convert industry relationships into new customer accounts across West Coast trade lanes
Engage decision‑makers across procurement, supply chain, and logistics leadership
Execute a disciplined new business sales strategy aligned with margin and yield expectations
Partner with operations to ensure service delivery, retention, and long‑term account value
Required Experience
Proven track record in air and ocean freight sales within a freight forwarding or international logistics environment
Demonstrated success winning new business in California or the West Coast market
Established book of relationships and ability to attract new accounts
Strong understanding of international freight pricing, margins, and commercial negotiations
Hunter profile capable of operating autonomously at senior level
