Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
Strong prospecting skills and ability to meet/exceed activity and revenue goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking activity and managing pipelines.
Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins accurately.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Execute daily prospecting activities (calls, emails, in-person visits, mailers) to secure appointments.
Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed proposals for managed janitorial services.
Manage all steps of the sales process, from survey through proposal delivery and follow‑up.
Prepare and present quarterly territory plans to sales leadership.
Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records after every prospect interaction.
Conduct weekly territory planning and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
