Territory Sales Manager – Janitorial JN – 122025-169101

Responsibilities
Generate leads and conduct walkthroughs to identify client needs.
Close deals and maintain strong client relationships.
Support client relationships and provide ongoing service satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of B2B janitorial sales experience.
Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is required, preferably from a larger company.
Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service‑based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics).
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
Previous exposure to startup or high‑growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.

Competitive base salary ($100,000‑$125,000 based on experience) with uncapped commission earning potential.
Car mileage reimbursement for extensive travel (75%+ driving required).
