What You’ll Be Brewing
Evaluate level of pricing execution by distributors and retailers
Analyze price promotional performance for key holidays
Leverage local market insights to implement corporate strategic direction
Develop monthly volume forecasts for the business unit
Lead price planning, provide diagnostics and insights
Build distributor‑level recommendations, align to price strategies and review with Corporate Revenue Management team
Support the General Manager on weekly and monthly calls
Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or another relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Have 2+ years of experience in pricing aspects such as planning, analysis, execution, and reporting
Understand pricing and price‑promotion dynamics, including long‑term impact of pricing decisions
Take on complex projects quickly and adeptly with a focus on business priorities
Build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes
Take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments
Exhibit a thirst for learning and support continuous growth of colleagues
Demonstrate core values and adaptability to a dynamic environment
Participate in flexible work programs that support work‑life balance, including a hybrid model with four days in the office

Pay and Benefits Salary Range:
$81,600.00 – $107,100.00 (posting range)
Target short‑term incentive: 10% + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, Employee Assistance Program, and paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick days).
