What You’ll Do
Lead store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance
Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
Train and develop staff in alignment with company standards
Review and verify daily sales reports, deposits, and financial procedures
Coordinate product flow and shipments to ensure inventory meets sales goals
Open and close the store, manage deposits, and secure the building
Provide excellent customer and donor service, including resolving complaints
Supervise the processing of donated goods to ensure quality and sales readiness
Organize and rotate merchandise by category and color
Encourage team motivation through communication and performance feedback
Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to store leadership
Act as Store Manager in their absence
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of retail management experience (or equivalent education/experience)
Customer-focused, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills and a passion for retail operations and team development
Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; some local travel is involved
