Company:

Leading medical device manufacturer in the audiology space with innovative AI incorporated products, whose devices change the day-to-day lives of patients who suffer from hearing loss.

Pay Range:

$105,000 - $125,000 base + commissions (up to $50,000) uncapped, paid monthly.

Compensation Options:

choice of company car OR Motus mileage reimbursement, full benefits, growth potential.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; Masters or AUD preferred (NOT required).

3+ years experience selling into physician offices.

Experience selling a technical product is a big plus.

Experience in the hearing space is a big plus.

Ability to travel in a multi-state territory (~70%)

Responsibilities

Make required number of sales calls per week to current or new customers within territory.

Maintain and increase sales of all products within territory.

Promote and demonstrate new products.

Provide training on fitting and fine tuning of products and software.

Coordinate with Regional Key Account Managers, Regional Directors, and other team members to deploy at key clinic locations.

Support inside sales rep group in pursuing leads generated by the team and supporting covered clinical accounts.

Collaborate with Regional Directors, Trainers, and Marketing/Inner circle to achieve sales and growth objectives.

Onboard and train new accounts.

Conduct needs analysis and provide product solutions.

Recommend marketing strategies for customer business growth.

Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing and new customers.

Ensure customer needs are met through product training.

Represent company at national and regional meetings.

Achieve assigned sales quota in the territory.
