Sales Director (Healthcare Industry) - Remote Work

In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
Responsibilities Hunting
Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with mid‑size to enterprise‑level clients across industries, with a primary focus on the Healthcare sector (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, and MedTech).
Originate and nurture business relationships that lead to engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
Develop and maintain enduring relationships with potential clients.
Project Management
Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
Plan resources, organize, and mobilize teams—including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams—throughout the complex sales cycle.
Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
Qualifications
A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions.
5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems sectors, with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing mid‑size and enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets.
Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structures, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.
Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges faced in the industry.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
Native English or fully bilingual (English).
