About the Role In this position you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter role.
What You’ll Do Hunting
Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, focusing on the healthcare sector (hospitals, health systems, pharmaceuticals, and MedTech).
Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives’ needs.
Develop long‑lasting relationships with potential clients.
Project Management
Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
Plan resources, organize, and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.
Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
Requirements
Passionate about selling technology solutions in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health systems.
5+ years of relevant experience in these sectors with technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in healthcare or life sciences markets.
Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.
Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges common to the industry.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients’ needs.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
Native English or fully bilingual in English.
