Sr. ProServe Account Executive, WWPS Healthcare & Life Sciences Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) in its Professional Services team. In this role you will engage new and existing customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You will work closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth, focusing on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers, building trust, identifying AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and securing sign‑off on Statements of Work (SOWs).

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high‑value engagements.

Collaborate with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts.

Create proposals, secure customer sign‑off on SOWs, and ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed CBOs and maximize revenue potential.

Advocate for customers while balancing AWS business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience with Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations selling transformational cloud solutions.

5+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.

Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction.

Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain C‑level client relationships.

Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and report on key performance metrics.

Technical proficiency to understand and articulate AWS services and solutions.

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent storytelling and active listening abilities.

Compensation ranges from $138,200 to $239,000 per year depending on geographic market, with additional equity and benefits.
