Sales Representative, Small Business Services
ADP, a Fortune 250 company and global provider of cloud‑based human capital management solutions, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to work within a defined geographic territory targeting small businesses with 1‑49 employees. The role focuses on signing new clients for payroll, tax, HCM, benefits, and more, while also upselling to existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new clients within the designated territory.
Recognize and nurture existing relationships to grow additional business opportunities.
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focusing on decision‑makers and business owners.
Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to close deals.
Required Qualifications
Positive, self‑starter mindset with persistent enthusiasm for cold calling.
Ability to adapt solutions in fast‑paced, changing environments.
Strong communication skills across in‑person and virtual interactions.
College degree desirable but not required; substitute industry experience acceptable (e.g., Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Insurance Sales, Military).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Proven talent in building a professional network and leveraging social media for sale generation.

Compensation The base salary range for this position is USD $51,100 – $137,070 per year, with commission, bonus, or equity potential. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under applicable laws.
