Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end production management support for the client event, including planning, logistics, project tracking, and onsite event operations.
Manage budgets in partnership with the Overall Event Producer, including updating estimates, tracking actuals, reviewing and filing invoices, and preparing chargebacks.
Support schedule management by updating timelines, checking in with teams on progress, and flagging risks or changes.
Participate in overall production planning, including installation, deinstallation, and event operations.
Support production teams and exhibitors by addressing questions, resolving issues, and connecting with appropriate contacts as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Meeting Planning, Marketing, Business, Theater, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, event production, or a related field.
Proven experience with budget development, tracking, reporting, and close-out.
Working knowledge of technical production elements, including staging, video, audio, and lighting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
