What The Day Will Look Like

Thought Leadership: Develop and articulate consulting viewpoints on existing and emerging healthcare topics; work with marketing and public relations to elevate Aon’s thought leadership through speaking engagements and media exposure.

Solution and Partnership Development: Develop consulting solutions and partnerships aligned with our organizational perspective and growth objectives; partner with IIS and Innovation resources to drive solutions to completion, developing business rationale criteria for needed investments.

Client Consulting: Lead clinical health strategy and support delivery of consulting assignments for customers, coaching and overseeing work, analyzing and presenting to clients; drive client strategies that improve patient quality of life and generate strong clinical and financial outcomes.

Data Analytics: Provide insights and actionable observations to address key cost and performance drivers using client data; collaborate with analytics leadership to enhance predictive modeling and outcomes evaluation.

Business Development: Participate in business development meetings with existing clients and prospects; translate subject matter expertise into a compelling value proposition and refine our clinical go‑to‑market strategy.

Knowledge Sharing: Lead initiatives to share market trends, insights, and internal webcasts; shape internal viewpoints with external knowledge sharing.

Talent Development/Leading via Influence: Mentor and develop clinical colleagues, giving and receiving feedback after meetings.

Contributing to Aon’s Global Health Business: Play a key role in global thought leadership and solution development related to clinical matters of interest to employers.

Delivering Aon United: Model a “one‑firm” approach at all times.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Fifteen years of industry experience including management of colleagues and leading clinical strategies and solution development for employer needs.

Experience engaging employers at an executive level and establishing trusted advisor relationships.

Demonstrated ability to manage to completion, prioritizing tasks and delivering on deadlines with exceptional performance standards and attention to budget.

Experience developing and building clinical‑based solutions, partnering with internal and external collaborators.

Broad business knowledge with deep healthcare domain expertise.

Proven track record collaborating across multiple functions and experience levels, including subject matter experts and analytics teams.

Experience translating healthcare data into insights and actionable strategies for employers.

Ability to travel 25‑50% of the time.

Education / Certification

Doctor of Medicine degree.

Current Board Certification in medical area of focus.

Salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $400,000 to $475,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for Aon’s annual incentive plans and a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 401(k) plan with employer contributions, employee stock purchase plan, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and additional leave options governed by company policy.
