An AMLaw Global 100 firm is seeking a mid-level M&A associate to join its corporate practice in the Northern Virginia or D.C office. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in M&A and private company transactions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 4-6 years of experience in drafting corporate transactional documents, with an emphasis on private M&A and private company financing, including private equity, venture capital and general corporate governance
Strong working knowledge of complex M&A and private equity documentation and experience leading due diligence and closings
Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented
Experience with regulated M&A industries is a plus
Highly competitive salary commensurate on experience ($260K-380K) with discretionary bonus
