Front End Manager (Full-Time) The Front End Manager reports to the Store Manager/ASM and is responsible for all administrative and clerical store operations. This role involves working closely with the management team and Store Support Center to ensure accurate payroll and HR reporting. The manager oversees the front end, including POS registers, cashiers, service desk associates, layaway, cash office functions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Ensuring efficient checkout processes and reviewing daily reports to address issues promptly are key responsibilities. The FEM also ensures compliance with company policies, recruits high-energy team members with appropriate skills and attitudes, and handles customer issues to ensure an excellent shopping experience. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members, and understanding company policies and procedures. Basic math skills for register operations, making change, and inventory management. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with fitness to perform walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and repetitive lifting, with or without accommodations.
