The Opportunity Our partner is hiring a
Mid‑Market Account Executive
to support continued go‑to‑market expansion. This role is ideal for an experienced, quota‑carrying seller who enjoys owning the full sales cycle and building trusted relationships in a relationship‑driven industry. You'll focus on mid‑market insurance organizations, closing
five‑ and six‑figure contracts , while working closely with a lean leadership team to help refine and scale the sales motion.
This is a high‑ownership role offering autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to grow with a proven Series A company.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for mid‑market customers, from prospecting through close
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities within a defined target account list
Develop relationships with decision‑makers through calls, meetings, and industry events
Run product demos and guide prospects through a consultative buying process
Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term success
Share customer feedback to inform product and go‑to‑market strategy
Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, primarily focused on mid‑market customers
Demonstrated success closing
five‑ and six‑figure deals
in a full‑cycle sales role
Strong relationship‑building skills and comfort engaging customers in person when needed
Insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus, but not required
Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable operating in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment
