Customer Success Manager – Public Sector We are looking for a customer‑focused, technically savvy individual to be the trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the DMV area. As a CSM you will own the post‑sale relationship and drive customer retention and growth.
Typical Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Onboard new customers, guiding them through implementation, training, and adoption of our platform.
Identify and drive strategic value by understanding clients’ business goals and proactively showcasing platform ROI.
Lead renewals and upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team, providing accurate health and usage insights.
Serve as a product expert, demonstrating solutions and tailoring use‑case presentations.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical support and product teams to deliver timely solutions.
Requirements
Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Customer‑focused mindset with proven empathy, relationship‑building, and a commitment to success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English required.
Analytical, strategic thinking, and strong problem‑solving skills.
