JOB SUMMARY
San Bernardino County’s Performance, Education & Resource Centers (PERC) seeks an Organizational Development Business Partner (ODBP) to serve as a high‑level consultant for leadership positions across the county. The ODBP will provide executive coaching, develop tailored leadership plans, and create training programs focused on communication, conflict resolution, trust building, emotional intelligence, and team building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a high‑level consultant for leadership positions countywide.
Coach leaders—both new and established—to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness.
Identify skill gaps and design personalized development plans based on leadership philosophies and psychometric assessments.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and curricula on communication, conflict resolution, trust building, emotional intelligence, team building, and related topics.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Experience: Three (3) or more years of full‑time, highly responsible HR strategy development and deployment.
At least eighteen (18) months of professional coaching experience with supervisory level or above leaders.
Expertise interpreting psychometrics and applying leadership models and philosophies to training programs (highly desired).
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Exceptional benefits package and highly competitive base salary.
Annual across‑board salary increase of 3% (effective February 21 2026) and bi‑annual step increases of 2.5%.
Hybrid telework schedule may be offered; 9/80 schedule available.
