What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements and deliverables while guiding teams through the product development lifecycle
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market research and customer feedback
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
5+ years of product management experience in the healthcare industry focused on building provider solutions
5+ years of experience in designing and building software solutions optimizing clinical prescription and referral flows
3+ years of experience managing software platforms integrated with Customer, Patient, or Provider experience
Deep understanding of HIPAA/HITECH regulations for securing electronic protected health information (ePHI)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with business intelligence and data warehouse tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake)
Familiarity with EHR systems (EPIC, Cerner)
Strong understanding of FHIR/HL7 standards
