Get started now, we look forward to meeting you..**Job Description:**We are seeking a skilled **Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect** to design and implement enterprise MDM solutions with Reltio as a key technology. This role will define architecture standards, ensure data integrity across domains (especially **Customer Master Data**), and integrate MDM with CRM and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to deliver scalable, secure, and governed master data solutions.**Key Responsibilities:*** Design and implement **MDM architecture** aligned with enterprise data strategy and medallion/Lakehouse frameworks.* Define **data models, matching/merging rules, survivorship logic**, and integration patterns for master data domains.* Collaborate with **Data Architects, Data Governance teams, CRM owners**, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent master data across systems.* Develop **MDM workflows** for data stewardship, governance, and quality monitoring.* Integrate MDM with **CRM, ERP, and analytical platforms** using APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud services.* Establish **security and compliance controls** for sensitive master data.* Document architecture, standards, and best practices; provide guidance to engineering teams.* Stay current with **MDM trends, cloud-native solutions, and data governance frameworks**.**Required Qualifications:****Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.**Experience:*** 5 years+ in **MDM implementation and architecture** using platforms like Informatica, Reltio, Profisee or IBM.* 7 years+ in data modeling and data architecture* 10 years+ in the overall field of enterprise data.* Hands-on experience with **Customer Master Data** and CRM integration, using Salesforce, Hubspot or similar.* Strong background in **data architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns**.**Skills:*** Expertise in **MDM hub configuration, data quality, and stewardship workflows**.* Knowledge of **API-based integration, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)**.* Understanding of **data governance principles and compliance standards**.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience with **data governance frameworks** and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica. Alation etc).* Proficiency with **data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)**.* Excellent **communication and stakeholder management skills**.* Exposure to **Agile delivery methodologies** and project management tools.**Work Location & Flexibility**If located near our **Minneapolis or New York** offices, they follow a hybrid work model. Employees work **on-site a minimum of two days per week**. Please note that **specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days** based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
