Part Time Program Manager - La Grange 102 School District
Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students! We do this by building a team of mission-driven individuals, who are passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children.
Location Candidate should be open to working at any of the school districts we partner with in the La Grange 102 School District. We cannot guarantee preferred school locations as locations are based on the needs of the program.
Pay Rate Program Manager Pay Rate:
$21-25/hour (based on education and experience)
Program Hours Mon‑Fri: 6:45‑8:15 AM and 3:00‑6:00 PM. Wednesdays have an earlier start time at 1:45 PM.
Start Date Candidates will begin in mid‑July to complete a required, self‑led online training. An in‑person training will be conducted at the beginning of August. The full schedule listed above will begin with the start of the school year and will follow the district's calendar.
You’ll Drive The Mission By
Ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities among staff.
Keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date and outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures.
Coaching staff to maintain team cohesion, address challenges promptly, and sustain productivity.
Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.
Submitting proof of MMR and other required documentation.

Experience with competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
High‑school diploma or GED completed.
Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
IL Requirements
Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
First Aid and CPR (in‑person).
Cleared tuberculosis test.
18 years old or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
