What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dell account across all IDC product lines
Deliver an exceptional, proactive customer experience to Dell, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement
Develop, manage, and expand a robust pipeline of Dell initiatives to maintain and grow existing revenue
Align Dell’s strategic priorities with relevant IDC research, data, and advisory solutions
Maintain detailed documentation of all account activity and ensure accurate forecasting in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in market research or IT services
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including enterprise technologies, software, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
