For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The range applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level; individual pay is based on performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position: Project Manager II Location: Ashburn, VA Job Summary & Qualifications This role requires 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, system application engineer, or technician. The Project Manager II will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and billed promptly. The role is largely self‑sufficient, requiring minimal supervision, and is responsible for the largest, most complex projects or portfolios within the operations team. The Project Manager II mentors and coaches Project Engineers and new Project Managers and reports to the Operations Manager or a Program Manager in larger operations teams.
Responsibilities
Mentor and coach other employees in their development as current or future Project Managers or Project Engineers.
Execute projects of increasing complexity, duration, and size—including greenfield, core, and shell projects, and multi‑million‑dollar budgets; direct activity of project team members.
This position does not offer sponsorship for work permit applications or renewals, either now or in the future. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship, both currently and moving forward.
