What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support Long-Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop key performance indicators dashboards
Conceptualize, create, iterate, and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics
Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insight and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
2-5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends
Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
Proficiency in writing SQL, interpreting, enhancing, and optimizing established SQL queries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry
Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond PowerBI
Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with project management methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior management
