The Opportunity As we enter an exciting phase of rapid growth and national expansion, were looking for a Senior Loan Underwriter to lead our underwriting team and help shape the future of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where youll work directly with our founders and play a central part in scaling our lending operations. Youll be hands-on in evaluating deals, optimizing processes, and ensuring sound, strategic underwriting across our portfolio. What Youll Do Underwrite and structure fix & flip, bridge, and DSCR loans across residential, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. Assess risk, analyze borrower and collateral strength, and make sound, data-driven credit decisions. Collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams to align underwriting with deal strategy and client goals. Lead and mentor the underwriting team, building scalable systems and best practices. Play a key strategic role in driving company growth and shaping the credit culture. What Were Looking For Proven experience in real estate loan underwriting (bridge, fix & flip, DSCR preferred). Strong analytical skills and an ability to assess complex financial scenarios. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
