Our

Management Company Accounting Team

is expanding, and were seeking an experienced

Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller

(title will depend on experience) to oversee the firms management company operations. This is a highly visible role with exposure to both firm-level and fund-level activities, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in venture capital finance within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations of the management company, including general ledger, accounts payable, financial statements, and FP&A. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation of consolidated budgets and quarterly variance analysis. Oversee allocation of shared expenses across global entities; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Drive the selection and implementation of new Accounting and FP&A systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Partner cross-functionally with firm leadership, providing financial insights and proactive recommendations to support strategic decisions.

What Were Looking For: 510+ years of accounting experience, ideally within

alternative investments , financial services, or a related industry. CPA (or equivalent certification) preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP, full-cycle accounting, and management reporting. Proven success in managing budgets, improving financial processes, and implementing new systems or automation tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
