Role Description Axia Partners is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join our growing investment team. This individual will play a key role in managing the performance of Axias existing real estate portfolio and supporting the analysis of new investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, proactive, and eager to add value at every stage of the investment cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Asset Management Oversee and analyze the financial performance of portfolio assets Develop and maintain detailed financial models and tracking tools in Excel Analyze variances versus budgets, forecasts, and investment proformas Prepare and deliver quarterly asset summaries to investors, and monthly asset management reports to senior leadership Assist with quarterly asset valuations Work closely with property management teams to identify and implement operational improvements and cost-saving measures Create & implement initiatives to drive NOI growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase asset values Monitor capital projects through collaboration with CapEx teams, and evaluate returns on capital improvement investments Collaborate across teams including accounting, operations, and investor relations to ensure alignment of investment and operational strategies
Acquisitions/Dispositions Assist in underwriting process for new acquisitions, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence Complete portfolio-level analyses and support strategic decision-making regarding dispositions
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field Masters degree is a plus, though not required 1-2 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment analysis, finance, or related disciplines Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and sensitivity analysis Ability to complete ad hoc analysis with minimal oversight Strong understanding of financial statements and real estate valuation fundamentals Excellent analytical skills with solid experience determining root causes of issues Great verbal and written communication skills Ability to take an organized approach when confronted with many priorities Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Base Salary Pay Range of $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience + bonuses
