Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, Michigan. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist with entering and packaging tax returns to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Scan and organize documents into the system for efficient access and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies by tracking inventory, ordering items, and restocking kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate lunch orders for office events such as lunch-and-learns.
- Cover receptionist duties during breaks and lunches, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and handle additional administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements - Possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently while quickly adapting to new tasks and systems.
- Show strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative responsibilities.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
