- Respond to incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information or assistance to residents.
- Assist residents by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain files by performing scanning and filing tasks efficiently.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy to ensure records are up-to-date.
- Support daily office operations, including receptionist duties and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication between departments and ensure messages are delivered promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Prepare and distribute documents or correspondence as needed.
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned to support the team. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Strong ability to handle inbound calls and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties and providing customer service.
