The hiring range for this role is:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future.
A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on factors including, but not limited to, competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Role Overview
Responsible for providing technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, and enterprise architecture. This hands-on role will establish Synergie's solution architecture strategy and lead integration of the Enterprise Architecture process with other processes. You will evaluate existing infrastructure, lead design, development, and deployment of healthcare applications, and identify opportunities for improvement, translating them into development initiatives. You will define technical requirements, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards. The role involves guiding teams, developing prototypes, ensuring quality, security, and performance, and exploring emerging technologies. Analyze objectives to develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system architectures. Align solutions with business strategy, breaking down objectives into technical initiatives. Advise management on architecture and technology topics. Oversee security architecture and infrastructure, ensure documentation, and produce architectural artifacts. Provide direction and support to teams, establish organizational structures for architectural consistency. Review and approve architectural documents. Education, Experience, and Skills
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience. Required: Minimum 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture and leadership roles. Deep knowledge of programming languages, cloud architecture (AWS), data architectures, and project management methodologies. Experience in the health insurance industry preferred. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, develop business cases, and maintain key relationships. Financial responsibilities include budget management but do not include revenue responsibility.
