The hiring range for this role is: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, establishing Synergie's solution architecture strategy. Lead the integration of the Enterprise Architecture process with other related processes. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to evaluate infrastructure, design, develop, and deploy healthcare business applications. Define technical requirements, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards. Guide teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and scope. Diagnose complex issues, craft architectural solutions, design MVPs, develop prototypes, and drive Agile software delivery. Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept. Architectural and Strategic Tasks: Analyze objectives to identify patterns and develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system domains. Define architectural evolution and roadmaps aligned with reference architectures. Ensure designs comply with security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, HiTRUST, HIPAA). Translate business strategies into technical initiatives across programs and projects. Advise management on architectural and technology topics. Oversee security architecture to support company security posture. Produce formal architectural artifacts and documentation. Provide direction and support to teams, establishing organizational structures for architectural consistency. Review and approve architectural documents. Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of IT or software development experience, including enterprise architecture and technical leadership. Deep knowledge of programming languages, object-oriented design, and cloud architecture (AWS). Experience with data architectures, pipelines, ETL, and real-time processing. Strong project management and leadership skills. Preferred: experience in health insurance industry. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Excellent communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and anticipate future technology needs.
