The hiring range for this role is:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may be based on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints. Establish Synergie's solution architecture strategy and lead the integration of enterprise architecture processes. Evaluate existing infrastructure and lead the design, development, and deployment of healthcare business applications. Identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into development initiatives. Define technical requirements for projects, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards. Guide teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Diagnose complex issues, craft architectural solutions, design MVPs, develop prototypes, and ensure quality, security, and performance throughout development. Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept. Architectural and Strategic Tasks
Develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system domains. Define architectural evolution and roadmaps aligned with standards and compliance (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA). Translate business strategy into technical solutions across multiple programs and projects. Advise management on architectural and technology topics, risks, and opportunities. Oversee security architecture and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with security practices and standards. Provide direction, coaching, and support to teams. Establish organizational structures for architectural consistency and business alignment. Review and approve architectural documents. Education, Experience, and Skills
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience. Required: Minimum 10 years of IT or software development experience, including enterprise architecture, system design, and leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in programming languages and object-oriented design. Deep understanding of cloud architecture, especially AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Expertise in data architectures, pipelines, and real-time processing. Strong project management skills and experience in the health insurance industry preferred. Leadership, analytical, and conceptual skills. Hands-on development skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java. Financial analysis, business case development, and stakeholder engagement skills. Effective communication and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments. Financial Responsibilities
