The hiring range for this role is: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, and enterprise architecture. Establish solution architecture strategy in collaboration with the chief architect. Lead the integration of the Enterprise Architecture process with other related processes. Evaluate existing infrastructure and lead the design, development, and deployment of healthcare business applications. Identify opportunities for improvement and translate into development initiatives. Define technical requirements for projects, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards. Guide cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Diagnose complex issues, craft architectural solutions, design MVPs, develop prototypes, and drive Agile software delivery. Ensure quality, security, and performance throughout the development lifecycle. Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept. Additional Responsibilities Analyze objectives to identify patterns and develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system domains. Develop architectural roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and security standards (e.g., SOC2, HiTRUST, HIPAA). Advise management on architecture and technology topics, risks, and opportunities. Oversee security architecture and infrastructure to support security posture. Produce and manage formal architectural artifacts and documentation. Provide direction, coaching, and support to teams. Establish organizational structures for architectural consistency and business alignment. Review and approve architectural documents. Education, Experience, and Skills Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience. Required: Minimum 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture, system design, business analysis, and team leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep knowledge of programming languages and object-oriented design. Understanding of cloud architecture, especially AWS services. Expertise in data architectures, pipelines, ETL, and real-time processing. Experience with project management methodologies. Preferred: Knowledge of the health insurance industry. Strong analytical, conceptual, and leadership skills. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and plan for future technology needs.
