Role Summary The Quality Management Software team designs, develops and maintains applications that enable product quality throughout its lifecycle. You will build and operate critical systems and tools for an end‑to‑end quality experience from edge to cloud, integrating across manufacturing, service, and other verticals.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance, driving architectural decisions and ensuring quality.

Design and architect complex software systems, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Mentor and coach engineers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Resolve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.

Champion code‑quality standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure the code is well documented and testable.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing speed and efficiency.

Stay current on full‑stack development technologies, exploring new tools and techniques.

Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Take ownership of projects, driving them to successful completion.

Qualifications

10+ years professional software development experience with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex full‑stack applications.

Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue), HTML, CSS, responsive design, state management, performance optimization, and testing frameworks.

Mastery of at least one backend language (Node.js, Python) with extensive experience building scalable, reliable RESTful APIs and microservices.

Strong database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, graph) and data modeling, performance tuning, and administration.

Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless computing, Kubernetes, and infrastructure‑as‑code.

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, security best practices for web applications and APIs.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.

Pay Disclosure Salary range for California based applicants: $186,000 – $232,500 (actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and legal factors).
