Key Responsibilities You’ll work closely with provider teams to assess and redesign clinical processes, supporting a broad range of not‑for‑profit and for‑profit healthcare clients such as hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and academic medical centers.
Lead operational improvement initiatives.
Perform benchmarking and financial quantification.
Identify cost‑reduction and revenue‑enhancement opportunities.
Redesign workflow for patient‑centered operations.

Mentor junior consultants and provide coaching.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
Approximately 2 years of healthcare consulting experience, preferably with prior consulting experience.
Experience generating revenue from existing healthcare clients and developing new prospects at C‑level of large healthcare companies.
Ability to manage a team of staff and senior consulting professionals.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, oral, and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required by clients.
Leadership skills, inclusivity, and diverse perspective embrace.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Strong commercial awareness and a desire to impact global and domestic businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of health plans, health systems, and healthcare specific applications.
Experience in operational improvement, benchmarking, financial quantification, cost reduction/revenue enhancement, or workflow redesign within the health industry.

Competitive base salary range of $97,300 to $178,300 (US) with additional benefits including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
