Key Responsibilities

Team with the provider group to assess and redesign clinical processes for hospitals, health systems, physician practices, and academic medical centers.

Lead work across operational improvement, benchmarking and financial quantification, cost reduction/revenue enhancement, and workflow redesign.

Manage and motivate client engagement teams, deliver high‑quality client services, and ensure project timelines and budgets.

Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and support new revenue generation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, 3+ years healthcare/insurance/business analysis/consulting experience.

≈2 years of healthcare consulting experience, preferably in a consulting firm.

Experience leading teams of consultants and managing profit & loss.

Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel as required by client.

Demonstrated inclusivity and a commitment to diverse perspectives.

Excellent presentation skills and data‑driven insight generation.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge in health plans, systems, and healthcare specific applications.

Exposure to operational improvement, benchmarking, cost reduction/revenue enhancement, or workflow redesign in healthcare.

Experience generating revenue within existing healthcare clients and developing new prospects.

Benefits • Base salary range – $97,300 to $178,300 (US). New York City: $116,700 to $202,600.
