Resident Services Director
Arrow Senior Living’s Vitalia Highland Heights is looking for a Resident Services Director to lead the community’s activities program and ensure residents receive compassionate, engaging service. This full‑time role is based in Highland Heights, Ohio.
About the Role
Set the tone of community events and engagement.
Develop, run, and maintain a quality activities program that enriches the lives of seniors.
Know each resident’s likes and dislikes, ensuring daily engagement and satisfaction.
Supervise Resident Services staff, training volunteers and maintaining high standards of care.
Collaborate with supervisors to provide appropriate care and supervision for residents.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Minimum one year of experience conducting group activities for seniors.
Knowledge of resident needs evaluation and staff supervision.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with 12th‑grade proficiency.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, positive and energetic attitude.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds; good health verified by a physician within six months prior to or after employment.
Must pass a criminal background check and be free of pulmonary tuberculosis.
Clean driving record and valid chauffeur‑class license as required.
