Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
We’re seeking a Purchasing Specialist who can lead procurement activities, optimize supplier relationships, and build scalable purchasing processes that support operational growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys data‑driven decision making, collaborative vendor negotiations, and structuring workflows to improve cost control and material availability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchase orders, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
Maintain and improve purchasing workflows using purchasing software and ERP systems.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material planning with operations and production teams.
Conduct cost analysis, market research, and supplier benchmarking to support purchasing decisions.
Develop and maintain vendor performance metrics and long‑term supplier partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience managing purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Strong vendor management and negotiation experience.
Skilled in Excel and data analysis for pricing, cost tracking, and inventory reporting.
Familiarity with purchasing or ERP software systems.
Strong communication skills with a focus on building collaborative internal and vendor relationships.
Ability to balance cost management with reliable material availability.
Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities.
