Own the top‑of‑funnel experience from employer launch and eligibility through first session booking
Design and test new member enrollment pathways, incorporating behavioral design and automation
Partner with Marketing to create personalized engagement campaigns that enhance conversion rates
Build and maintain growth dashboards and analytics focusing on enrollment and conversion efficiency
Mentor and support product managers and analysts in activation and funnel optimization
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of product experience, with at least 3 years in growth, funnel optimization, or acquisition roles
Strong background in B2B2C models, particularly in employer‑based health, benefits, or wellness
Proven experience in driving top‑of‑funnel engagement through campaign optimization and personalization
Data‑driven mindset with skills in A/B testing, segmentation, and experimentation tools
Ability to translate behavioral insights into actionable strategies for healthcare consumers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leading cross‑functional teams to drive growth and engagement initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare consumer behavior and wellness trends
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
