Director of Operations - Law Firm
The pay range for the position is
$120,000-$130,000
with an annual bonus dependent on performance which could be up to 10% of their salary. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, and 20 paid days off for this role.
It will be in our
Framingham
office five days a week from
9AM-5PM .
We’re looking for a hands‑on operational leader who can bring structure, consistency, and accountability to day‑to‑day operations while partnering closely with leadership. This person will play a key role in improving execution across teams, not just managing tasks, but building systems and elevating performance.
What we’re really looking for: A proven operations leader who has owned processes end‑to‑end (people, workflows, and results)
Strong at building and enforcing systems, SOPs, and operational rhythms
Comfortable leading managers and frontline staff, providing clear expectations and follow‑through
Able to identify gaps, address issues directly, and drive change without needing excessive oversight
A collaborative partner who can work closely with HR, Finance, and executive leadership
Someone who balances strategic thinking with a "jump in and do the small things" mentality
Background that tends to work well: Bachelors Degree in Business
Experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar senior operational role required
Experience in a fast‑paced or growing organization where structure needed to be built or improved
Strong people leadership and performance management experience
Process improvement, operational scaling, or turnaround experience is a plus
