About the Role
We're looking for a hands‑on operational leader who can bring structure, consistency, and accountability to day‑to‑day operations while partnering closely with leadership. This person will play a key role in improving execution across teams – not just managing tasks, but building systems and elevating performance.
Key Responsibilities
Bring structure, consistency, and accountability to day‑to‑day operations.
Improve execution across teams by building systems and elevating performance.
Own processes end‑to‑end, covering people, workflows, and results.
Build and enforce systems, SOPs, and operational rhythms.
Lead managers and frontline staff, setting clear expectations and ensuring follow‑through.
Identify gaps, address issues directly, and drive change without needing excessive oversight.
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and executive leadership.
Balance strategic thinking with a “jump‑in and do the small things” mentality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
Experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar senior operational role.
Experience in a fast‑paced or growing organization where structure needed to be built or improved.
Strong people‑leadership and performance‑management experience.
Process improvement, operational scaling, or turnaround experience is a plus.
