Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting & Consolidations

Technical Accounting & Reporting Manager PE backed SaaS company is seeking a Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to add to their team. This role will work on a small team and have a lot of impact while reporting into the Director Accounting. We are targeting candidates with 5-8 years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years in public accounting.

Responsibilities

Manage technical accounting research on various areas including revenue recognition, purchase accounting, business combinations, and equity administration

Prepare financial reporting packages for the PE firm

Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries

Support the corporate accounting team with month-end close deliverables as needed

Ensure internal controls are in compliance with GAAP and industry standards

Other ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA / MSA is a plus

CPA and public accounting experience required

5-8 years of experience

Strong communication and organizational skills
