What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Spearhead the ideation, design, and development of innovative investment products focused on retirement solutions
Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful launch and management
Conduct market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources while tracking progress and resolving issuesEngage with clients and consultants to present new products and gather feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
CFA, CAIA, or a comparable financial certification
8+ years of product management and development experience within financial services or asset management
Proven track record in developing and managing investment products, including lifetime income solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with the defined contribution (DC) industry and understanding of ERISA
Deep knowledge of various defined contribution vehicles, such as collective investment trusts and mutual funds
Experience with competitive analysis, financial modeling, and pricing strategies
Proficiency with industry tools, such as Morningstar Direct and Factset
Ability to travel up to 25%
